Chrome, Edge or Opera (desktop or Android); Firefox asks for a site permission first; Safari has no Web MIDI. The browser asks for MIDI with SysEx. Nothing is sent before you click Connect, and only to ports named "Hortator": an FM-1 running Felucca or the stock firmware, and other MIDI gear, get nothing.
